  7. Based on the popular Omnifont recognition engine, Pixel!OCR enables users to
  8. scan documents with better the 99 percent accuracy for locating unrecognizable
  9. characters.  Pixel!OCR allows arbitrary region selection for applying OCR to
  10. selected document areas.  It supports both WYSIWYG and ASCII file output so
  11. scanned documents can be input into virtually any application program that
  12. accepts text.  Pixel!OCR reports how many characters were read, how many (if
  13. any) could not be convered, and how long the conversion process took.
  14. Pixel!OCR is an optional toolkit to the Pixel!FX 2.5 family of imaging
